Changes At The Energy Business Unit

After 13 successful and formative years, Patrizia Imhof, Head of Energy, is leaving Swiss Climate on January 31, 2025. Patrizia Imhof not only built up the energy division and shaped its strategic direction, but also supported numerous municipalities, companies and organizations on their path to greater sustainability. Her commitment has significantly strengthened Swiss Climate's position in Swiss energy and climate policy.

With her expertise in carbon management, energy consulting and environmental management processes, as well as her ability to lead complex projects, Patrizia Imhof has played a key role in driving the company's development in a dynamic market environment as a member of the management team.

We are pleased to announce that David Müller will succeed Patrizia Imhof. With his many years of experience in the energy industry and his excellent knowledge of the political landscape, he is ideally equipped to continue the Energy division and set new priorities.

A Look Into The Future

While Patrizia Imhof is leaving Swiss Climate, she remains loyal to the energy industry and her passion for impact consulting. Starting in February 2025, she will help establish a new business unit at a Swiss engineering company: “With an excellent professional and political network, I will continue to work hard for a renewable future. True to the motto: Shaping the future of energy together.”

Patrizia Imhof's extensive experience, active network – including as head of national offices and through her political mandates – and her diverse skills in the areas of strategy, consulting and project development are what set her apart. Her unique blend of strategic vision, in-depth expertise and modern leadership skills will also be a great asset to the energy transition in her new role.

We thank Patrizia Imhof for her many years of commitment and wish her all the best for the future, both professionally and personally!

Swiss Climate remains excited about new joint projects and the paths that may arise from this change.
